Eliana Henrich understands both the art and the chaos of filmmaking. Her interest in capturing the chaotic absurdity of the contemporary world stems from a desire to explore the complexities and contradictions of modern life, aiming to create films that resonate emotionally while engaging with deeper philosophical and societal themes.

Originally from San Francisco, Eliana started her career in Paris, working at production companies like Les Films du Bal, on films such as Mati Diop’s award winning Dahomey. In 2022, she returned to the US, earning an MFA in Film Production from Florida State University’s College of Motion Picture Arts.
